Terms of use
Plain version: the games are free, they are yours to play, please do not resell or tamper with them, and we cannot promise a program will never have a bug.
1. Who we are
These terms apply to games, applications and websites published by Cageur Interactive ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@cageur.com
2. Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play our games on devices you control, for as long as these terms are followed. The games and their contents remain our property, or the property of their respective owners.
3. What you may not do
- Sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute our games or their files.
- Modify, decompile or reverse engineer them, except where the law expressly allows it despite this clause.
- Remove or alter any credit, trademark or copyright notice.
- Use our name, logo or artwork to suggest that we endorse something we do not.
Recording, streaming and writing about our games is welcome and needs no permission, including monetised video. See our press kit.
4. Purchases
If a game offers in-app purchases, they are sold and processed by the app store you installed from - currently Google Play - under that store's terms. Refunds are handled by the store, under the store's refund policy. We do not process payments and never see your payment details.
Items bought inside a game are a licence to use those items in that game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts or devices.
5. Your saved progress
Game progress is stored on your device only. We do not hold a copy and cannot restore it. Removing the app or clearing its data removes that progress permanently.
6. No warranty
Our games are provided "as is". We do our best to test them, but no software is free of defects, and we do not promise that a game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our games, including lost progress or lost time. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always at this address with its date at the top. Continuing to use our games after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of the country where you live.
